Great Book Discussion Group

In 1947, educators Robert Maynard Hutchins and Mortimer Adler began the Great Books Foundation. Their mission was to bring together groups of passionate readers to meet and talk about enduring issues and ideas. Today, more than 850 Great Book Discussion Groups exist in homes and libraries across the country. Please join us for the Noble Library’s Great Book Discussion Group on the first and third Tuesday of every month.

Senior Book Discussion Group

Seniors of all ages can get together once a month on Wednesday afternoons to talk about books. Ever wonder what to read while you're waiting for one of your favorite writes to produce the next book? What if the series ends? We'll work on answering these questions and more. This group meets at the University Heights Library.

Discussion Junction

Loved it? Hated it? Can't wait to talk about it? Children entering grades 3-4 can join this discussion group with a caregiver and tell us what they thinks. This group meets on the second Tuesday of every month at the Lee Road Library from 7- 8:30pm.
