Heights Libraries
Cleveland Heights-University Heights
"Opening Doors, Opening Minds"

Starting on March 19th, all computers in the Lee Road Community Office will offer Microsoft Office 2007.  Office 2007 offers updated versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as two new software programs: Publisher and Access.  Publisher allows you to easily design flyers, newsletters, and other documents, while Access is a powerful database management application.

Following the transition, computer classes at the Heights Libraries will be taught using Office 2007.  If you're new to 2007, you can get your bearings in our Getting Started with Office 2007 class, which covers the basics of navigating the software.  We've also added new classes on Publisher and Access, in addition to updated Word, Excel, and PowerPoint classes.  Please check the Computer Classes page for the current schedule and registration information.  Handouts for our Office 2003 classes will still be available for download in the Tech Training section of the library website.
