Check out the new Tech Trainer Blog for information about classes
and other upcoming events, technology tips, and more!

Also, class handouts are now available for download.

The Heights Library's Tech Trainers provide technology assistance and instruction through our computer classes.  Whether you're an experienced computer user or a complete beginner, a technophile or a technophobe, we're here to answer your computer-related questions and help you master new skills.  We offer instruction in computer basics, troubleshooting, Internet, email, and the entire Microsoft 2007 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access).

For more information about the library's technology training programs, please read our Computer Classes Statement of Intent.  Also, if you have an idea for a computer class or training program, let us know by filling out our feedback form.

If you learn better on your own or just need a brief refresher on a certain subject or software, now you can download our helpful class handouts in PDF form.  (What's a PDF?  Click here for a brief explanation and download instructions.)  Not all handouts are currently available, so check back soon for more updates!
